I ordered South Beach Brite. It said I only had to pay shipping and handling. Nothing in the terms and conditions did it say I had to pay 75.95 for something I didn't even receive. Your comapny claims I recieved it and told me to take it up with UPS. What kind of customer care is that??
As soon as I purchased the product, I received a call from you guys and I told the lady to take my name off of everything, I didn't wanna purchase anything else, and I didn't want to be billed for anything else. She said okay, but kept pressuring me to take her up on the great deals. I had to eventually hang up on her.

When I contacted your company I talked to a guy name Bolo? # 389. He told me he can't help me for something I did, and when I asked for a manager, he argued with me..said "Why??? No, I'm not doing that." Very unproffessional and I wanted to strangle him through the phone. He even made me cry. I called another number and got a better attitude, but gave me a thousand excuses as to why I couldn't get a refund.

He said he would send me the product again, but I don't even want the product! I never asked for it! Nor did I agree to purchase it in my customer agreement. Do you think everyone reads the tiny tiny print especailly those with bad eye sight? Give me a break. What is the difference between paying me back and giving me another product that i didnt even receive??? Probably because your products aren't worth a dime!

Your company disgusts me. If I am not refunded, I will not stop calling your customer service, and I will continue to post my complaints all over the interenet along with the other innocent people.
